Our products are distributed through multiple channels including Shopify, Amazon, YamiBuy, healthcare practitioners, pharmacies, and community-based wellness programs.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth across our digital channels.
This is a hands-on growth role focused on driving measurable business results through data, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & Traffic Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase qualified traffic and revenue
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and search marketing initiatives
- Develop SEO strategies to improve organic traffic
- Identify and manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing opportunities
- Continuously test and scale new customer acquisition channels
Shopify Growth & Conversion Optimization
- Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront
- Analyze customer behavior and conversion funnels
- Improve landing pages, product pages, and checkout experience
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Enhance user experience and customer journey
Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Develop customer retention and repeat-purchase programs
- Implement automated customer lifecycle flows
- Improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and retention rates
Amazon Marketplace Support
- Support Amazon marketplace growth initiatives
- Optimize listings, keyword strategy, and advertising performance
- Monitor marketplace sales and customer behavior trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall marketplace performance
Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and report key business metrics
- Analyze customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
- Create regular performance reports and actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores
- Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4)
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
- Ability to work independently and execute growth initiatives
