A national skin care franchise with multiple locations in Pinellas County is hiring a licensed esthetician.
The Role
- Deliver advanced skin care treatments
- Grow and retain a client base through in-store service and personal outreach
- Consult on treatment plans and retail products
- Work collaboratively with sales and service team on client building and rebooking
Compensation
- $25–$32/hr total compensation (base + commission + tips)
- Performance-based raises tied to production milestones
Schedule
- Part-time to start with a path to full-time based on demand
- Multi-location coverage in Pinellas County
What We're Looking For
- Florida esthetician license required
- 3+ years experience with device-based facials, chemical peels, and non-invasive cold skin toning and body contouring
- Self-motivated — you track your numbers and treat your schedule like a business
