What You’ll Need:
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility
- Certification as CCC-SLP OR eligibility for SLP-CFY welcome
- Experience or enthusiasm in school-based settings, working with students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Ability to supervise SLPA staff as required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of K-12 students with varied speech and language needs
- Designing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans
- Conducting assessments, maintaining IEP documentation, and participating in team meetings
- Supervising and mentoring SLPA where appropriate
