Gym Sales Representative
The Role
At Freedom in Motion, being a Sales Representative/Receptionist
is much more than answering phones or greeting customers.
You set the tone for new members and gym guests daily by
welcoming them back to their favorite place, the parkour gym.
You play a key role in growing the gym community and helping
our company change lives.
This position combines in-person
sales, customer service, and leadership to help more people
discover parkour.
Your focus will be booking clients for trial classes, building
connections with existing members, and delivering exceptional
customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greeting members, checking them into classes,
maintaining welcoming atmosphere
- Calling leads, responding to calls/voicemails, following up
with potential customers
- Setting appointments for new guests to visit and try
parkour
- Face-to-face sales and membership negotiations
- Upselling members into special events and camps
- Providing top-tier customer support to members and
families
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Previous face-to-face sales experience
required
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication
abilities
- Confidence and Leadership: Comfortable leading
conversations and building relationships
- Customer Service Skills: Passion for working with
children and families
- Coachability: Eagerness to grow with the company and
improve sales skills
