Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana Special Education teaching certification, or LA teaching certificate with willingness to pursue SPED certification
- Experience working with students with autism or in moderate special education settings is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to create inclusive, differentiated learning experiences
- Passion for supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction in small group and individual settings to students with special needs
- Manage IEP goals, reporting, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Foster positive classroom environments that encourage social, emotional, and academic growth
- Work closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and family members to support students
- Maintain an organized and safe classroom
