Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring others while remaining hands-on in delivering high-quality ABA services. You'll work closely with our BCBAs to guide BTs and RBTs, ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 direct care to their assigned caseload atleast once a week
- Oversee and manage a small caseload of clients (3-5) in collaboration with the BCBA.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the client's unique needs under the supervision of the BCBA.
- Observe sessions and provide coaching and constructive feedback to BTs and RBTs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with families, providing updates, education, and ongoing support.
- Stay informed about advancements in ABA practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician whose credentials are in good standing with the BACB.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, with a focus on program development and implementation.
- Certification as a BCBA or working toward BCBA certification (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, staff, and other professionals.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and experience with behavior intervention strategies and applications.

Job Details:
Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Expected hours: 30 hours per week (25 billable hours remaining hours include mileage, travel time, and administrative duties).
Preferred working hours: 2 pm to 7pm
