Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist specializing in large format printing to join our creative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing large-scale prints that meet rush deadlines. Your expertise will ensure that every project, from visual displays to advertising banners, is executed flawlessly with vibrant colors and sharp details. Duties
- Operate and maintain eco-solvent large format printers, including roll-to-roll printers, plotters, and laminator, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Prepare digital files for printing by performing prepress tasks such as color management, layout adjustments, and file troubleshooting using Adobe Creative Suite tools and Flexi
- Manage color calibration processes to ensure consistent color accuracy across all printed materials.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, inspecting prints for color fidelity, resolution, alignment, and material integrity.
- Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, mounting, laminating, and framing to deliver polished final products.
- Collaborate with sales team and graphic designers to review artwork files, ensuring proper typography, layout design, and print specifications are met before production begins.
- Understand plotters for die cutting stickers and large decals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and manufacturing protocols at all times.
- Document production processes, complete job tickets, and communicate project statuses effectively within the team.
Experience
- 3+ years working in a sign shop producing stickers, decals, foam boards, etc.
- Strong knowledge of eco-solvent printers.
- Strong knowledge of file preparation and color management using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flexi).
- Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting ensures consistent output standards.
- Skills in graphic design or layout design enhance your ability to prepare files accurately for print projects.
- Strong understanding of plotters to produce vinyl lettering
- Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment that emphasizes precision and efficiency.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
