Build positive relationships with and competently handle day-to-day requests and orders from customers while working with a sales rep.
Secure, route, and track orders through the production cycle until delivery to the customer to ensure that the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner.
Initiate the billing process, and troubleshoot and address customer questions and issues.
Strong communication skills required, including the ability to write and speak concisely and clearly in a variety of communication settings. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience within print industry preferred.
Five years experience within customer service in a manufactoring setting preferred.
