Job Summary
Alorah Healthcare is seeking licensed Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to our residents. The RN will assess resident needs, implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
Duties
- Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document care accurately in the medical record
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as assigned
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Nevada RN license
- 1 year of experience preferred in skilled nursing/long-term care
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work days/nights/weekends/rotating

Pay: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour
