TruGolf is a leader in golf simulation, building premium golf simulators, launch monitors, and the E6 simulation software trusted by homeowners, businesses, resorts, and entertainment venues around the world. We're growing our North American sales team and looking for a driven Account Executive to bring our products into new markets and own the relationships that follow.
The Opportunity
This is a hunter's role for an outside sales professional who thrives on building a book of business from the ground up. You'll identify, develop, and close new accounts across some of the most exciting high-value markets in the country — and you'll be rewarded with uncapped commission and milestone bonuses as your numbers grow. The harder you build, the more you earn. There is no ceiling.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business across your assigned target markets
- Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting
- Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closed-and-paid
- Manage your accounts and relationships to drive repeat orders and referrals
- Keep your pipeline, activity, and forecasts current in Salesforce CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

What You'll Earn
This is a commission-driven role with uncapped earning potential. Your commission rate scales with your production:
Trailing 12-Month SalesCommission RateUp to $3M6%$3M – $6M7%$6M and above8% (uncapped)
Plus one-time milestone bonuses as you hit each level: $10,000 at $3M, $25,000 at $5M, and $50,000 at $10M in trailing 12-month sales.
A rep producing $10M a year earns $800,000+ in commission before bonuses. You control your territory and your income.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in outside / B2B field sales, ideally with premium or considered-purchase products
- A genuine hunter who can self-source leads and close without hand-holding
- Strong knowledge of your local market and the ability to build a pipeline from scratch
- Experience selling into one or more of our channels (A/V, custom installation, hospitality, golf, luxury homes) is a strong plus
- Disciplined CRM and pipeline habits — Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and energized by a performance-based, territory-ownership environment
