Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse/Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain, ensuring efficient warehouse distribution, and optimizing inventory control processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of procurement and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and optimizing storage space. Establishing catalog and inventory procedures.
- Test Equipment Management:
Ensuring inventory of electrical test equipment is fully functional, in good condition and calibrated for use
Keeping with preventative maintenance and cleaning of fleet trucks, vans & generators
Interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising warehouse staff, including forklift operators and warehouse associates.
Coordinating all warehouse activities, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring the warehouse complies with all company policies and regulations.
Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve workflows, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
Preparing and managing departmental budgets and monitoring expenses related to warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or related fields.
- Experience managing warehouse employees.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management practices and logistics operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct demand planning effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external partners.

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
