MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.

Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

Knowledge of menu items, allergens, food preparation, and beverage options.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.

Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.

Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.

Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.

Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.

Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.

Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
