Operations Manager – Assisted Living & Memory Care
BeeHive Homes is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of three assisted living homes at one location.

We care for residents through all stages of aging, including end-of-life care. The Operations Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming, home-like environment while ensuring residents receive excellent, compassionate care that supports their dignity and independence.
Position Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will work closely with the Administrator to oversee three homes at this location. Responsibilities include:
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain a dependable team
- Lead staff in following BeeHive Homes' culture, values, and standards of care
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Monitor staffing levels and hours worked
- Assist with managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with applicable assisted living regulations and state requirements
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and healthcare professionals
- Identify and solve problems quickly and professionally
- Promote teamwork, accountability, compassion, and a positive work environment
- Ensure residents receive excellent care and that their individual needs are being met
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond appropriately to operational needs
This is a full-time leadership position that requires flexibility and on-call availability. Successful leaders develop strong, dependable teams and create an environment where employees feel supported, accountable, and committed to providing excellent care.
Resident Care Responsibilities
The Operations Manager must understand resident care needs and be willing to assist when needed. Resident care may include:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Transferring and mobility assistance
- Toileting
- Continence care
- Assistance with eating
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Medication management
- Preparing light meals and snacks
- Housekeeping and laundry duties
- Completing required annual training and documentation
All care must be provided while maintaining each resident's dignity, privacy, independence, and confidentiality.

About BeeHive Homes
BeeHive Homes provides assisted living and memory care in a small, home-like setting. Each home has approximately 15 private rooms with private ¾ bathrooms, home-cooked meals, engaging daily activities, and personalized care.
