About the Position
Weigel’s is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Field Specialist to support multiple store locations within an assigned region. This role is essential in ensuring each store is clean, safe, and fully prepared to deliver exceptional, 100% customer-ready experience. The Field Specialist works independently, travels between stores, and provides hands-on operational support that enhances the customer environment and supports store teams.

What You’ll Do
Exterior Responsibilities
- Detail clean fuel pumps and exterior trash receptacles
- Refill windshield washer fluid and blue towels
- Apply Liquid Gold to outdoor trash cans
- Pressure wash sidewalks, parking spaces, and canopy areas as needed
- Detail clean mulch beds, rock beds, and retention ponds
- Clean and pressure wash the dumpster enclosure
- Clean ice machines and propane cages
- Inspect canopy structures, exterior lighting, and security cameras
- Checking exterior property damage and safety concerns
- Report any issues requiring maintenance or support

Interior Responsibilities
- Detail clean gondola shelving, including removing all products and wiping down surfaces
- Deep clean restrooms: fixtures, walls, vents, lighting, and restock all supplies
- Clean beverage and beer coolers, including racks, vents, floors, and door ledges
- Stock, front, and face beer cooler product
- Organize and clean back stock rooms, including BIB stations and hoses
- Detail clean FOTG case and ensure coils are free of dust
- Deep clean deli area: shelves, stainless-steel equipment, walls, vents, cabinets, mop sink, smoothie station, and floors
- Deep clean deli freezers and coolers
- Report on maintenance needs, safety concerns, or operational issues
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in weather conditions including extreme cold
- Ability to safely use cleaning agents and operate store equipment
- Travel between multiple store locations within assigned region
