Your Purpose in this Role
We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.
As a Project Manager, your purpose is to lead, direct, train, and develop your team. You will be required to manage plumbing projects that do retrofits. rennovation, project range. You will need to be experienced, goal driven, and a good communicator.
Construction Management
- Lead field crews and subcontractors, ensuring work meets code, spec, and quality standards.
- Oversee installation of domestic water systems, DWV systems, medical gas (if applicable), hydronic piping, gas piping, storm systems, and specialty systems.
Budget & Cost Control
- Track project costs, change orders, and labor hours to maintain budget compliance.
- Approve purchasing, manage vendors, and verify material delivery schedules.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or compliance.
Risk, Safety & Problem Solving
- Enforce safety protocols and support a culture of proactive hazard mitigation.
- Resolve design conflicts, field issues, and coordination clashes with other trades.
- Anticipate schedule risks and adjust sequencing as necessary.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, RFI submissions, and meeting documentation.
- Run weekly coordination meetings with foremen and site leadership.
- Serve as main point of contact for plumbing-related project matters.
- Qualifications
- 7+ Years of experience in Plumbing.

Pay: $81,072.38 - $100,000.00 per year
