We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Track Hoe Operators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate hydraulic excavators to excavate, move, and grade earth efficiently and safely.

Interpret blueprints or follow directions from supervisors to accurately dig trenches and perform excavation tasks.

Use machine controls, levers, and toolbars to manage digging and grading operations.

Perform routine maintenance, including greasing, oiling, and minor repairs using hand tools and equipment.

Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain detailed logs of equipment use.

Monitor equipment performance and adjust as needed, estimating depth and load by feel and engine feedback.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support project goals.

Experience operating hydraulic excavators (track hoes).

Ability to follow instructions and read construction plans.

Basic mechanical knowledge for maintenance and minor repairs.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods while operating heavy equipment.

Ability to climb in and out of machinery safely.

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust.

Must have the physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and remain alert for long periods.

Occasional bending, kneeling, standing, and walking on uneven terrain may be required.
We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Track Hoe Operators to join our civil construction team. In this role, you will operate hydraulic excavators to perform tasks such as trenching, grading, and earthmoving in support of various infrastructure and site development projects. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow plans or instructions accurately. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring consistent awareness of job site safety and equipment maintenance.
