We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will play a vital role in educating and mentoring students, creating a positive learning environment, and promoting academic growth. Duties:
- Implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction and engage students
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, literacy education, and proofreading
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with autism or other special needs
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational programs and initiatives
- Serve as a mentor to students, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
- Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program required
- Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
