Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative and highly respected anesthesia team. This is a full-time locum/travel opportunity in a modern, well-equipped clinical environment where patient safety and quality of care are top priorities.
You will provide anesthesia services for a diverse surgical caseload while working alongside a dedicated group of medical professionals in a setting that follows nationally recognized standards of care.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for orthopedic, general, vascular, and neurological procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop individualized anesthesia plans, and monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other clinical team members
- Participate in scheduled weekday and weekend call coverage
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all applicable clinical, safety, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active and unrestricted applicable state licensure
- Full-time availability
- Ability and willingness to participate in required call coverage
- Experience with orthopedic, general, vascular, and neurological cases preferred
Schedule & Coverage
- Schedule options include three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
- Shifts must be nonconsecutive
- Weeknight call coverage is 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Weekend call coverage is typically one 24-hour shift, either Saturday 7:00 a.m. to Sunday 7:00 a.m. or Sunday 7:00 a.m. to Monday 7:00 a.m.
- Call frequency may include up to one night per week and one weekend per month
- Post-call day off
- No cardiac, obstetric, or pediatric cases
