We're a growing mechanical contractor serving residential and commercial customers across New Jersey. We need a Senior Plumber who runs their own calls with confidence, earns customer trust on sight, and makes the junior plumbers around them better just by being on the job.
This isn't a title. It's a role with real responsibility — and real compensation to match.
What you'll be doing
- Lead advanced service calls independently across residential and commercial accounts
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and deliver solutions that actually hold
- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to code — every time
- Conduct backflow testing and installation where applicable
- Operate hydro jetting equipment for drain and sewer work
- Mentor junior plumbers in the field — your experience is an asset to the whole team
This role includes participation in a shared on-call rotation. On-call pay provided.
What we're looking for
- Extensive hands-on experience at a senior or lead level
- Strong troubleshooting instincts — you work fast, independently, and under pressure
- Natural leadership — you lift the people working alongside you
- Valid NJ driver's license, clean record
- Professional and customer-focused on every single job
- Hydro jetting experience a plus — we'll train the right person
- Backflow certification a plus — we'll support you in getting it
