Switzerland Inn – Food & Beverage Manager
Little Switzerland, NC
Switzerland Inn is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including food preparation, restaurant service, banquets/catering, and lounge service. This role is responsible for maintaining operational standards, enhancing the guest experience, and driving overall department performance.
Key responsibilities include developing creative menu offerings within brand guidelines, managing food and labor costs, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all sanitation and safety standards.
Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant environment, with hands-on experience training front and back of house teams. Strong knowledge of budgeting and P&L management is also required.
