Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Machine Operator/Warehouse professional to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment, managing warehouse functions, and ensuring the smooth flow of production processes. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards, optimize machine performance, and support efficient materials handling. Duties
- Operate a vertical over-molding machine and or operating a resistance welding machine ensuring precise production according to technical drawings and specifications
- Interpret production documents to accurately fabricate parts and assemblies
- Use precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and digital tools for dimensional measurements and quality control
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment; manage inventory and materials handling efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery; troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Support assembly line operations by using hand tools, tooling, and fabrication techniques to meet production targets while adhering to safety standards in manufacturing environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 + lbs
- Mechanical appitutude
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse environment is a plus
- Excellent understanding of safety standards in production environments; committed to maintaining a safe workplace through proper procedures and safety gear
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Prior warehouse experience involving materials handling, packaging, or assembly line work is beneficial
