We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dietary Aide to join our compassionate team. If you have prior experience in food service—especially in a healthcare or senior living environment—and enjoy making a difference in residents’ daily lives, we’d love to hear from you.
Assist in preparing and serving meals according to resident's dietary needs
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
Support kitchen staff with food prep, dishwashing, and stocking
Ensure residents receive meals in a timely, respectful manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
Previous dietary aide or food service experience REQUIRED (healthcare or senior living preferred)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dependable with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Experience in nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting
Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
