Observe Guests in the gaming area and provide an explanation, if necessary
Monitor and be attentive to game play, giving timely aid as necessary
Generate pride and loyalty about the challenge rooms
Deliver ordered food to guests
Properly clean and sanitize all food preparation areas along with tables and bar
Wash and appropriately store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cups, glasses, and dishes
Clean and restock bar area, empty trash and sanitize equipment
Deliver results and contribute to the location’s success
Team Member needs to be able to communicate effectively with multiple guests while efficiently processing transactions
Manages flow from the front doors, efficiently help Guests with needs and directing as needed
Ensuring all guests have a valid waiver on file
Sweep and mop the kitchen floors and bar area as well as wiping down kitchen walls
Assist with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
Organize and correctly store food supplies including Fifo procedures
