Dental Treatment Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate has experience in a dental office, is proficient with Dentrix, understands dental insurance, and has a proven ability to confidently present treatment plans and help patients move forward with their recommended care.

Dental Treatment Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner.
- Educate patients on recommended dental procedures and help them understand the value of treatment.
- Successfully convert treatment plans into scheduled appointments through effective communication and relationship building.
- Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and financing with patients.
- Verify dental insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations when necessary, and accurately explain patient estimates and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate and schedule treatment to maximize patient care and office efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in Dentrix.
- Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through treatment completion.
Dental Treatment Qualifications
- Required: Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice.
- Required: Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software.
- Required: Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, benefits, claims, and treatment estimates.
- Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing case acceptance.
- Excellent communication, sales, and closing skills.
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
