What You Will Do:
Oversee the management, operation, and accountability of clinical information systems across the hospital network. Responsibilities include strategic planning, implementation, training, evaluation, and system maintenance, with a strong focus on Epic systems.

Manage project scope, schedules, and quality within assigned application areas or teams

Guide team expectations, coordinate activities with project leadership, and ensure organizational alignment

Coach team members and maintain continuous communication across departments and leadership

Serve as a liaison between Epic implementation staff and operational teams, analyzing technical issues and guiding workflow design

Monitor project progress and conduct weekly status reviews with internal stakeholders

Lead integrated initiatives across multiple applications

Supervise departmental operations, uphold performance standards, and ensure staff compliance with policies

Drive productivity, communicate policies, and foster team participation

Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in clinical applications, preferably in a health-care setting
Supervisory experience strongly desired
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field strongly preferred
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Epic certification in an application in their area
Strong technical background.
Ability to use critical-thinking skills to make assessments on need and feasibility of implementing applications.
Strong project management skills.
