Overview
We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and Licensed Esthetician with at least 3 years of experience in a MedSpa or luxury spa setting to join our team. The ideal candidate is a certified laser hair removal technician with 3+ years in experience, highly skilled in eyelash extensions, skincare services, body detox treatments, and customer services, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and exceptional care. This role requires proficiency in various esthetic treatments, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with the team, and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic laser hair removal treatments with knowledge and understanding of skin and hair types
- Perform classic and volume eyelash extensions with precision and care, with a focus on lash health and aesthetic detail
- Provide advanced facials, hydra dermabrasion, and customized skincare treatments
- Administer or support body detox and services such as slimming thermal wraps, or infrared therapies
- Conduct professional skin consultations and create individualized treatment plans, based on skin analysis and wellness goals
- Maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, with client confidentiality
- Educate clients on post-care, home regimens, and product recommendations
- uphold the highest standards of hygiene, and safety, ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell treatments and skincare products to support client goals and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
Qualifications
- Laser Hair Removal certification
- Valid Esthetician License in the state of Texas
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in laser, and esthetics, preferably in a MedSpa or luxury spa
- Certified and experienced in eyelash extensions (classic & volume, hybrid, clusters, and strip)
- Experience with body detox or contouring treatments
- Certification in advanced modalities (chemical peels, microneedling, laser, etc.) is a plus
- Strong product knowledge and ability to make tailored recommendations
- Excellent customer service and consultation skills, time management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, must have experience in sanitizing treatment area, including equipment
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about ongoing learning and growth
