A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!

This position is 100% remote and candidates may live anywhere in the Southeast region of the US. This is an individual production position and will not be managing a team.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

10+ years experience in the tire manufacturing industry

6+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities

Existing Book of Business and relationships with clients who would buy tires

Successful track record of developing business with factory direct container programs, and utilizing a quality dealer network

Proficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines

Strong skills in contract negotiation and closing deals

Experience in account management and developing long-term client relationships

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding target

Ability to travel 15-50%, as needed, for in-person customer meetings

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
