Tycoon Cuts is seeking 4 barbers to join our Fort Worth shop as independent contractors.
This is an independent contractor booth rental opportunity. Barbers may choose full-time or part-time availability based on their own schedule and client needs.
We are looking for motivated barbers who want a professional shop environment, control over their schedule, and the ability to grow their own clientele.
Compensation
- Earnings vary based on each barber’s schedule, pricing, client volume, and services performed.
- This is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
- Booth rent is $125 per week.
- First week booth rent is $135.
- 7 free booth-rent days are available after the initial week.

Responsibilities
- Provide barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, lineups, and grooming services
- Maintain a clean and professional booth/work area
- Follow Texas barbering/cosmetology sanitation requirements
- Manage your own clients, schedule, and payments
- Use Square for sales tracking and payment documentation
- Provide weekly Square sales documentation when booth rent is due
Requirements
- Reliable and professional
- Must have your own tools and supplies
- Must use Square for client payments and sales tracking
- Able to pay weekly booth rent on Mondays
- Strong customer service skills
- Existing clientele preferred, but not required
Schedule
Flexible schedule available. Barbers are responsible for managing their own client appointments and availability.
