Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Concrete Coating Installer / Crew Leader to join our team. We specialize in premium polyurea, and polyaspartic concrete coating systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

What You'll Do
- Lead installation crews on residential, commercial, and industrial concrete coating projects
- Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, repairing cracks, patching, and cleaning
- Install polyurea, and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Apply decorative flake systems and protective topcoats
- Plan each project to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Train and mentor newer installers while promoting safe work practices
- Operate professional equipment including grinders, vacuums, mixers, and coating application tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
- Ensure every project meets Comer & Cross quality standards and is completed on schedule
- Load, unload, and maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and materials
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has successfully installed decorative concrete coating systems and has experience leading crews or managing projects in the field.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of professional concrete coating installation experience
- Experience installing epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems
- Previous experience leading installation crews or serving as a crew lead
- Strong knowledge of concrete preparation, repairs, and moisture mitigation
- Ability to troubleshoot job site challenges and make sound decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in producing exceptional work
- Ability to lift 50–60 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis location
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Typical workweek of 40–50 hours
- Occasional Saturdays based on workload
