PMP Personnel Services is partnering with several well-established Northern Michigan manufacturers that are actively hiring Manufacturing & Production Associates for immediate openings in Traverse City.
These opportunities support a variety of production, assembly, warehouse, electrical assembly, woodworking, and shipping operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team-focused environment, this could be a great fit.
Current openings may include assembly, warehouse support, electrical assembly, woodworking production, shipping, packaging, and general manufacturing support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Assemble products, components, and production materials
- Perform electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, or detailed production tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Pull, package, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate production equipment and warehouse equipment
- Load/unload materials and maintain inventory flow
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Support team production goals and workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to stay active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift materials and work in an active environment
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
