Compass Proactive Health in Eugene, OR is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or independently licensed therapist who wants to practice in a genuinely integrated, whole-health clinic — not just a shared building.
We are a collaborative team of Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, Health Coaches, and Primary Care providers who work together on shared patients, share care plans, and actually talk to each other. What makes this different
Most therapy practices treat mental health as separate from everything else happening in a patient's body. We don't. Our patients come to us navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and major life transitions — and they're often also managing physical symptoms, recovering from injury, or working to rebuild their relationship with their bodies. Your clinical work will be informed by and connected to that broader picture from day one.
You'll receive warm referrals from our in-house PT, acupuncture, massage, and primary care team. You'll participate in shared care discussions. You'll have colleagues who speak your language — because whole-person care is how everyone here practices.
What we're looking for
- Licensed in Oregon and able to bill insurance independently (OHP/Medicaid and PacificSource panels preferred)
- Values trauma-informed, relationship-centered care
- Knowledgeable and affirming with LGBTQ+ individuals
- Comfortable supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions
- Genuinely excited about interdisciplinary collaboration — not just open to it
- Interested in helping shape a behavioral health program as we grow
Experience with somatic approaches, nervous system regulation, or health-related counseling is a meaningful plus.

Compensation
Competitive and structured around your experience and goals. We're open to hourly, percentage, or hybrid arrangements and want to find something that works for you long-term. Let's talk.
