Job Overview
We are a high-end custom millwork and cabinetry shop seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. This is a long-term opportunity for a craftsperson who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow in a fast-paced, detail-driven shop environment
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately construct high-end custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture
- Operate shop equipment including table saws, jointers, planers, shapers, edge banders, and sanders
- Work with hardwoods, veneers, and sheet goods
- Perform accurate cutting, assembly, fitting, and finishing preparation
- Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
