Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork from shop drawings
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards
- Work with solid wood, plywood, laminates, and specialty materials
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
Qualifications
- Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or finish carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced shop environment
