Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and Night Audit operations! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the 4pm -12am shift 3 days a week and 2 overnight shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences while meticulously managing nightly financial and administrative tasks. Your energetic approach to guest relations and attention to detail will help maintain our reputation for exceptional hospitality, all while supporting the smooth running of hotel operations through accurate record-keeping and effective communication.
<Duties>
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing financial reports
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest services to enhance their stay
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and guest information in hotel management systems
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property during overnight hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to high standards
<Requirements>
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality management
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor during interactions
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest services protocols, and security procedures in a resort or hotel setting
