Clear Peak Window Cleaning is hiring motivated, reliable individuals who want to earn good money, work outdoors, and be part of a fast-growing company in Sonoma & Marin County.
This is a commission based job. 17.5% (individual/crew) will be the starting rate and as your skills and experience progress so will your commission. After two months of steady and consistent growth in the business, you will get promoted to 20%.
If you show up, work hard, and take this seriously — you will get paid well and grow quickly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Clean residential and commercial windows, solar panels, and gutters
- Use ladders, squeegees, and professional equipment
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Represent the Clear Peak brand with high standards
- Upsell customers on services (little bit of sales experience is preferred)
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation (Candidates with SUVs or Trucks will have higher priority)
- Strong work ethic (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Physically capable (lifting, climbing, moving all day)
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Punctual — no flakes
- Able to work alone / independent
