Qualifications for the Role:

At least four years of hands-on experience in the repair and refurbishment of mechanical and electric motors.

Proven background in diagnosing and resolving electrical or mechanical malfunctions.

Familiarity with motor components, seals, bearings, electrical parts, and coils is highly desirable.

Experience conducting inspections and performance testing is considered a plus.
Compensation and Perks:

Annual salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $90,000.00.

Core Responsibilities:

Execute the rewinding and rebuilding of industrial electric motors within our remanufacturing facility.

Contribute to the team by disassembling units, performing repairs, replacing bearings and worn parts, rewinding coils, and completing final assembly.

Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical faults in rotating equipment and AC/DC motors to ensure optimal functionality.

Suggest process enhancements to help maintain a more efficient and productive working environment for the entire team.

Complete various auxiliary tasks as directed by management.
