We're looking for Licensed Practical Nurses who can provide direct nursing care to assigned residential individuals; monitor the general health of assigned individuals; maintain medical charts and write quarterly progress notes; oversee medication administration; schedule medical appointments and escort individuals when necessary; participate in team meetings; complete nursing assessments; provide first aid and assist with medical emergencies when needed; participate in the nursing on-call rotation.
This position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, a valid SC Drivers License, completion of an accredited degree program or LPN School of Nursing, and a valid and current LPN license from the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
Experience in home health and/or Long Term Care is preferred.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
