We’re a growing private practice hiring a PMHNP/FNP, and we’re excited to find someone who wants to grow with us. This role will start part-time for the first 3–6 months while your caseload builds and transition to full-time at your pace. Applicants only looking for part-time work are welcome, as well.We treat all psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, but we have a specialized focus in ADHD and Autism treatment.

- 1099 in-office PMHNP role
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits
- Diagnose and treat a full range of psychiatric conditions
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including stimulants
- Prescribe and administer Spravato and Ketamine-we will train
- Provide longitudinal, relationship-based care
- Collaborate with therapists and other providers as needed
- Create an HRT program for our existing patients
- Prescribe GLP1 and weight loss medications
We also have a “no benzo” philosophy of care.
Schedule & Flexibility (We mean it, we want your job to fit your life, not the other way around)
- Part-time to start (3–6 months) → Full-time as caseload grows
- Applicants who desire to stay part-time are welcome to apply (design your own schedule of days and times)
- Full-time target: 40 hours/week, structured however you prefer:
- 4 ten-hour shifts
- 5 eight-hour shifts
- Evenings and weekends available IF you want to work then
Compensation (Fee-for-Service)
- 1099 contractor position
- Pay per completed session
- Rates paid to PMHNP range from $40 – $130 per session, depending on visit type
- Full-time providers can expect to earn up to $250,000 annually
- No waiting for your pay-you get paid whether we do or not

- PMHNP licensed
- FNP Licensed (ideally)
- ADHD-affirming and stigma-free in approach
- Open to learning about and treating Autism
- Comfortable with treating transgender patients
- Thoughtful, reliable, and patient-centered
- Enjoys autonomy and collaboratio
