You don’t need previous management experience—we believe great leaders are developed through training, coaching, and hands-on experience.
Our Management Trainee program is designed to help you build the skills needed to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within our organization.
What You’ll Do
- Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
- Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Learn proven sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
- Participate in daily coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Develop leadership skills by supporting team growth and performance.
- Learn how to train, motivate, and develop future team members.
- Take on increased responsibilities based on your performance and leadership ability.

Location Requirement
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.
Applicants must currently live within commuting distance of Manhattan or be planning to relocate before starting. Remote and hybrid work are not available.
