What you bring:
- Current and active Minnesota School Psychologist certification or licensure
- Demonstrated experience developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) utilizing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Strong ability to interpret and implement state and federal educational statutes, codes, rules, and regulations
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, administrators, and families
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, consultations, and direct support to students
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create, implement, and monitor IEP goals and PBSPs that address individual student needs
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments to inform targeted intervention strategies
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring ethical and effective practice
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff to support a safe and inclusive learning environment
