Job Summary
A youth sports organization has an immediate opening for a sports program developer. The position will begin immediately. This is an extremely fun, part-time position with the ability to move upward quickly! Training is provided, and experience with sports is preferred. Having sales and/or marketing experience is strongly preferred as new program acquisition is a requirement for the role. The current opening is in Cedar Park, TX, and nearby towns. This position allows for schedule flexibility. If the candidate meets the criteria, has a great attitude, and the desire to grow quickly, greater compensation and opportunity will be provided within 90 days as huge growth is forecasted with the organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of sports programs
- Outside sales, this position will visit preschools and daycare centers to discuss the program and set up demo days
- Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality physical education experiences.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Manage behavior management strategies to foster a positive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging curricula that promote physical fitness and skill development.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in childcare and youth engagement.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance participant experience.
- Foster relationships with parents, community partners, and stakeholders to promote program visibility.

- Familiar with the concept of keeping track of different clients/tasks in a pipeline until the deal is closed.
- Know how to make a simple phone call and talk to potential clients without being terrified! (not cold calling)

- Understand that this opportunity is results-oriented and results should come fast (if done right) based on the nature of the job
- Background in childcare or youth program management is highly desirable.
