Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead execution of Sperber’s digital marketing strategy in partnership across the corporate brand and its subsidiary companies. This role is responsible for driving online visibility, generating qualified leads, and enhancing customer engagement through digital channels.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for digital initiatives, working closely with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to optimize website performance, strengthen SEO, and expand digital marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Lead execution of Sperber’s digital marketing strategy in partnership with the Head of Marketing across all brands and platforms
- Identify opportunities to expand and improve digital presence, performance, and lead generation
Website & Agency Management
- Manage relationship with external digital agency to oversee website performance, updates, and enhancements
- Ensure websites are optimized for user experience, conversion, and SEO best practices
- Lead ongoing website development initiatives, including new pages, landing pages, and functionality improvements
SEO & Organic Growth
- Partner with agency to develop and execute SEO strategy to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Monitor keyword performance, site health, and technical SEO metrics
- Implement content and structural improvements to support long-term growth
Email Marketing
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign performance, and automation opportunities
Demand Generation (Digital Focus)
- Develop and optimize digital campaigns to generate qualified leads (MQLs) and support pipeline growth
- Support paid media efforts including PPC (Google Ads) and LinkedIn campaigns
Analytics & Performance
- Track and analyze digital KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to improve performance
Supporting Responsibilities
- Contribute to content strategy, including case studies, website copy, and thought leadership
- Support brand consistency across digital platforms
- Partner with sales to align digital efforts with business development goals
- Assist with broader marketing initiatives, campaigns, and communications as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or service-based industries
- Strong experience managing websites, SEO, and digital agencies
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Familiarity with PPC, LinkedIn campaigns, and digital advertising strategies
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
- Experience working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
