Deel Volkswagen is growing and we're looking for motivated Automotive Salespeople to join our team.
We're seeking professionals who are passionate about helping customers, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales success in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive sales experience is strongly preferred. Candidates without automotive experience should have a proven track record of success in professional sales. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

What You'll Do
- Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation through delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles, highlighting their features, technology, and available financing options.
- Follow up with customers and prospects using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain current knowledge of Volkswagen products, programs, and promotions.
- Work closely with management and the finance team to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Complete all required sales documentation accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
