Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
- Develop innovative menus while honoring traditional flavors and techniques
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and health regulations
- Mentor and inspire the culinary team in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with ownership and management on seasonal offerings and special events
- Drive kitchen efficiency while maintaining a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Extensive culinary knowledge with experience in Asian cuisine preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
