Delta Molding LLC is a local silicone manufacturer. Our products include realistic silicone shapewear for the women's and transgender markets, prosthetic nipples for mastectomy patients, and medical adhesives for ostomy patients.
This role is best suited for someone with prior manufacturing experience, or that enjoys hands-on, craft-style work and takes pride in consistency and detail.
SCHEDULE
10-15 hours per week to start.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Die-cut medical tapes
Mix, cast, trim, and package silicone products
Operate a small bottling line with teammates, filling, capping, and labeling bottles.
Execute weekly cleaning schedule

This is an entry-level production role focused on hands-on, repetitive work. The job involves spending time on your feet and working at a steady pace while maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail.
Our products are not mass-produced—each piece is hand-finished, and your workmanship will be visible in the final product.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work, as demonstrated through prior manufacturing or hands-on hobby experience (woodworking, baking, painting, sewing, etc.).
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
