The current need is for a moderate amount of hours per week, with an on call rotation, and with the possibility for growth in hours, if desired. Double-time pay is earned on company holidays.
Intakes, supervisory visits, and on call are paid at attractive unit rates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse
- Requires detailed documentation skills
- Requires physical mobility (e.g. visiting client's homes) and the ability to do some lifting (e.g. demonstrating how to move a client with physical limitations).
- Experience in direct patient care. Examples include home health, home care, hospice care, patient care in a hospital or facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visits new clients in their home, completes assessments, and creates thorough plans of care.
- Conducts supervisory client visits with clients and caregivers, updating the plan of care.
- Serves in a rotation as the RN on call handling infrequent questions from staff and clients and their family regarding the delivery of care, performs periodic urgent client intakes, and reads the daily notes from the caregiver shifts and shares any pertinent updates on our daily call.
- Attends weekly leadership meetings.
- Signs off on caregiver skill checks and conducts periodic training in our quarterly team meetings.
- Observes confidentiality and safeguards all client related information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Immediately reports any accident, incident, lost articles, unusual occurrences, or risks to the office staff.
- Documents visits and conversations thoroughly and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Is an enthusiastic champion for the company’s mission, goals and objectives.
