Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Team Member to join our office Monday–Thursday. This role is key to the patient experience—you’ll be the first point of contact, greeting patients, answering phones, and creating a warm, welcoming environment while helping keep the front office running smoothly.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they arrive
- Walk patients through treatment plans in a clear, easy-to-understand way and answer questions
- Schedule and manage appointments, keeping the day running efficiently
- Verify insurance, review benefits, and help patients understand their financial responsibility
- Work closely with doctors and clinical team to make sure treatment plans are accurate and followed through
- Keep patient records up to date, including notes, treatment, and financial information
- Help keep the schedule full through patient follow-up
Qualifications
- Experience in a dental office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment, insurance, and finances with patients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Familiar with scheduling, insurance verification, and basic office systems (Dentrix experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
