We're looking for a CNC Milling Machinist who enjoys challenging work, modern equipment, and being part of a team that values quality over quantity.
This is not a production button-pushing position. Every day brings different parts, different setups, and new machining challenges.
- Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers
- Program and edit CNC programs
- Machine precision tooling and mold components
- Work from engineering drawings and CAD models
- Hold tight tolerances
- Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and other machinists
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Help improve machining processes and cycle times
- Okuma CNC machining centers
- Fanuc-controlled machining centers
- CAD/CAM software including Fusion 360, Esprit, and CAM-Tool
420 Stainless, 440 Stainless, Stavax, P20 Tool Steel, H13, and S7 and others.
Required:
- CNC milling experience
- Blueprint reading
- G & M code knowledge
- CNC mill setup experience
- Ability to use micrometers, height gauges, and precision inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good attendance
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
Preferred:
- CAM programming experience
- Mold-making experience
- Precision manufacturing experience
- Continuous improvement mindset
- $19–25/hour *Wages are negotiable based on experience*
