Responsibilities:
- Set up floral displays at wedding venues and event locations, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
- Work efficiently and creatively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and care of floral inventory and equipment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays regularly and Sundays as needed, as weddings and events may occur over weekends.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and arrange flowers for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
