Bilingual Retail Market Manager (Korean & English)
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bilingual Retail Market Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in retail store operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily store activities efficiently. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide excellent customer service while leading the team in a positive and professional manner. Candidates must be bilingual in Korean and English.

Bilingual Retail Market Manager (Korean & English)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail store operations
- Supervise and support store employees
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns
- Manage inventory, product ordering, and stock levels
- Monitor product quality, pricing, and displays
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assist with scheduling and employee work hours
- Train new employees and support team development
- Handle cash register operations, deposits, and basic sales reports
- Monitor sales performance and help improve store efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures
- Communicate with vendors and assist with receiving products
- Support other store management duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail store or market management experience preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage employees and daily operations
- Basic computer and POS system skills
- Ability to handle cash and sales reports accurately
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
